Terms
- Who sells. Orders are processed by Paddle, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle sells you the plan, takes the payment and handles VAT, sales tax, invoices and refunds; we provide the design systems.
- What a plan gives. Access to download design systems under your plan’s monthly quota and seats (Pricing), and the licence of each system you download (Licence).
- Renewal and cancelling. A plan renews each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time; access lasts to the end of the period paid. What you built with the files stays yours under the licence.
- Refunds. See Refunds.
- No passwords. The email you paid with is the key to your downloads and your plan’s page. A plan’s seats are for the people of one team.
- What you may not do. Share or resell the files, publish them, or train or evaluate a model on them; collect the catalogue by automated means.
- Changes. We may change these terms or a price with notice by email; a change applies from your next period.
- Law and disputes. To be set before the first sale.
