Refunds
- 14 days, nothing downloaded: a full refund of the first payment of a plan, monthly or yearly.
- After a download: the files cannot be returned, so the payment is not refunded — take the free sample first if you are unsure.
- Renewals: cancel before the renewal date and you are not charged again; access lasts to the end of the period paid.
- How: refunds are made by Paddle, our merchant of record — use the link in your receipt or write to us.
